Your breath is a sacred portal—an ancient rhythm that holds the key to healing, presence, and expanded states of awareness. In this sacred breathwork journey, we’ll explore the subtle art of conscious breathing as a bridge between the seen and unseen, the body and spirit. Through breath, we open gateways to inner stillness, emotional release, and the expansion of consciousness—returning home to the wisdom that lives within.
From here we will seemlessly flow into a deep Sound Journey
Sound is a gateway—a vibration that moves through the body, dissolving tension and awakening ancient memory. In this immersive sound journey, you’ll be guided through a tapestry of healing frequencies, sacred instruments, and intuitive soundscapes designed to support deep rest, inner alignment, and expanded states of consciousness. Let the resonance carry you beyond words, into the quiet mystery of your own inner world.
To insure comfort for this longer journey we will provide a mattress, just bring a pillow and anything you like to be cosy and a water bottle.
