Breathwork and Sound bath!

The breathwork Sheila offers at "Remedy Body Breath" is a 2 stage breath done laying down. It is gentle, easy, and an opportunity to connect with the energy coursing through your body to heal old woulds, patterns, and things that just don't serve you anymore.

Sheila completed David Elliot's Breathwork Healer Training in 2023. She uses his breathing technique in the 1:1 sessions and group classes. She continues to study with him and evolve her own daily breathwork meditation practice. https://www.davidelliott.com/

Jody maintains gardens to provide the beautiful ingredients for "Mystical Blossoms" products. Jody makes most of their products starting from slow-method infusions and develops her own special formulas. Jody also curates the other products in the shop that are uniquely selected with soul-care in mind. Jody leads meditations, reads Tarot and angel cards and holds sound healing gatherings.
