Breathwork and Sound Bath Ceremony

Join us for a relaxing and restorative Breathwork and sound bath ceremony!

What to bring: The studio has mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow and anything you need to be comfortable. Also bring water, a journal and eye mask if you wish. We will have an altar set up. Feel free to bring a personal or sacred object.

Eat light; avoid big meals 1 hour before the event.

Eileen will start the evening with Breathwork followed by Laura's soothing sound bath. Breathwork is a powerful practice using intentional, guided breathing to promote deep relaxation, healing and transformation. It helps release stagnant energy, quiet the mind and open expanded states of awareness. Breathwork provides a safe, gentle and deeply moving experience, supporting stress release, restoring balance and deepening your connection with yourself. Beyond the emotional and spiritual benefits, it also enhances physical health and vitality. You will remain fully aware and in control throughout the process.

We will the transition to a relaxing sound bath meditation. The soothing sounds of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute and other instruments will assist in quieting your mind, leaving you feeling calm and peaceful.

Important: While Eileen is a licensed therapist, this Breathwork offering is not therapy and should not be considered a substitute for therapy or other mental health services. Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or those taking major medications. It is also not suitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant individuals should obtain approval from their physician before participating. Participants with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with both their primary care physician and Brethwork facilitator prior to class.

Eileen Fisher, MA, LPC, is a psychotherapist, certified Somatic Experiencing practitioner and Breathwork facilitator trained by her teacher, David Elliot. She was introduced to breathwork in 2017 and was deeply inspired by its ability to support transformation, bring insight and release what was ready to heal. She provides a warm, supportive space where individuals can enter expanded, restorative states, inviting their deepest healing and allowing clarity, release, aliveness and integration to naturally emerge from within.

Laura Riehman is a shamanic practitioner, sound healer and reiki master. Through the vibrations of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute and other instruments her sound baths provide a peaceful space allowing for stillness, clarity and connection.
