In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore the classical roots of breath and pranayama as taught within the traditional Yogic and Tantric systems. You’ll learn why understanding the foundations of traditional breathwork is essential before moving into modern modalities, and how the teachings of the ancient engineering texts describe the breath as a bridge between the body, mind, and consciousness.

Through a blend of study and experience, we will uncover the physiological & energetic qualities of the breath : its inhalation, exhalation, and retention — and how each phase can be guided to restore balance, enhance vitality, and sustain presence.

This workshop includes a complete Tantric Hatha practice of postures, breath, and meditation designed to deepen your inner connection and shift the way you relate to every breath you take.
