If you want a guided practice, Zach will lead a number of Shag movement drills to level up your comfort with the dance. If you want to practice on your own, you are welcome to do so - though you may want to bring a partner!
Our drills are designed to supplement the content from Thursdays classes and make moving and connecting in Shag make more sense. Drills and feedback are tailored to any level of experience, so come join us for a fun and helpful practice session!
