How we breathe is speaking volumes to our horses every step of the ride. Physical Therapy concepts about the breathing muscleofthe diaphragm, the ribcage, and the nervous system open up awareness for proper breathing mechanics in and out of the saddle. Practical ideas for using breathing as your new riding aide are also provided!Join us to learn more!

Allie Baier will also be offering private integrated sessions. Unmounted Physical Therapy care for rider focusing on symmetry, flexibility, strength, & motor control. PT supports goals such as injury recovery, riding comfort, and balanced aides.
Finding the Somatic Voice of the body with simple exercises to sense the innate cycles of your nervous system. This work can hone your competitive instincts, aide recovery from fear, or deepen the connection with the horse.
