Breathe Write Speak Release Workshop. A journey of Self Discovery

Join us for a transformative half-day workshop where you'll unlock the power of your inner voice through a blend of meditation, journaling, breathwork, and writing exercises.

Led by Sam Adams, this workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to explore and connect with yourself on a deeper level.

During the workshop, you'll:

- Engage in morning meditation to center and ground yourself.

- Explore journaling prompts to spark creativity and reflection.

- Experience deep breathwork techniques to release tension and enhance relaxation.

- Dive into writing exercises that foster self-expression and insight.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences in a supportive environment, although sharing is always optional.

Afterward, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the seafront and optionally join us for brunch (paid separately).

Bring a blanket, cushion, and small pillows for your comfort during the session.

Yoga Mats, Bolsters, and a Notebook and pen will be provided.

Water will also be available.
