About this Event
Thursday is currently full until May therefore I have added an additional day starting the 16th April!
In this beginner friendly class you will be guided to move mindfully and in time with your breath. This will include a warm up before being led through more traditional yoga poses, adding an element of flow to build a little heat and energy. This accessible practice has a strong focus on listening to your own body to build strength and ends with a guided relaxation.
All levels are welcome!
How to find Saltwater Studios:
The front door is a glass door framed in white and is shared with Freedom Works.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time to get settled.
