Breathe to Receive is a two hour Spiritus Breath experience to help you eliminate stress, let go of traumas, and welcome in the life you want to live. This experience is run by Chris and Alana, qualified Spiritus and Reiki practitioners. A lot of times there are things we want to do in life, but we just can’t seem to get there. Or it can feel like you’re being held back. Burden, stress… and even tightness in our body. This can come from all kinds of life experiences, both known and unknown,
Unlocking the power of our breath is not only the most effective way to release this. And in doing so it can also help you look deeper into your purpose or meaning. It helps you to break the cycle of past habits and behaviours. And stepping into the life you want to live!
Breathe to Receive is a two hour experience where you are guided to connect with your breath. After a cacao ceremony, you’ll learn a little about the breath, before you are guided in a Spiritus Breath session.
The Spiritus breath approach is gentle. We don’t force the breath in any way. And this allows your body and nervous system to really open up and relax. So you can let the transformation begin.
The experience takes place all within our intentionally designed space, and you’ll walk away feeling embodied, calm, spacious and free!
A lot of people also say they feel a little more present, and calmer in their own life and for other people around them.
After the session there is time to journal and ask any questions.
