Woman have gathered in ceremonious circles to support one another, share stories, build connection and to celebrate the divine feminine for as long as time. These circles were a ritual to connect with the natural world, individually and each other, a magical experience, creating a safe space, guidance and inspiration.Gathering in a circle of women can be a profoundly transformative experience. Sharing openly in these settings allows us to feel held, seen and validated by our fellow sisters through the sharing of our own personal experiences as woman.
Creating a safe, encouraging, transformative and judgement free space for woman to connect has been something that sits very closely to my heart and something I am very passionate about.
This is a small intimate group setting that is focused on creating not only a connection to oneself but a connection as a sisterhood, a community and a collective at whole. We will share, we will laugh, we may cry and most importantly we will connect as woman.
As women self-care is more important than ever. In a world that feels like we are constantly running day in day out on a hamster wheel, it's more important than ever to start showing up for us.
The more we are able to show up for ourselves allows us to be able to fully show up and care for those around us.
