WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING:

• Dress in loose and comfy clothing.
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering (optional), and anything else you may need to lie comfortably on the floor. If you need a yoga mat, there will be some available.
• Please avoid food at least 30 minutes prior.
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and set up a cozy space.

Plenty of free parking is available in the parking lot.

Pre-registration is required as tickets will not be sold at the door.
