Yoga Nidra with a Sound Bath combines the deeply relaxing and meditative practice of Yoga Nidra with the immersive and healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," involves lying down in a comfortable position while being guided through a systematic relaxation and meditation practice. During the session, the soothing sounds of instruments like singing bowls create a soothing and immersive soundscape. The combination of Yoga Nidra and the therapeutic sounds induces a state of profound relaxation, allowing practitioners to access deep levels of consciousness, release stress, and promote healing and restoration. This event is held in a room with lighting that creates a tranquil ambiance to encourage relaxation. Practioners tend to bring their own pillows, blankets, padding to lay on, eye covers, or anything that can help them remain comfy on the ground. Some props are provided upon arrival but feel free to bring what you need you will not be the only one. Beginners are Welcome.
