Boundaries 101

Boundaries are a pathway to connection and intimacy. Many people consider boundaries a protective barrier, but that is not true. Join me in learning how to establish healthy relationships, communicate our needs and limits, and protect our physical and emotional well-being. Most of us were not taught how to identify our needs, let alone express them healthily. This class will help you learn how to express your physical and emotional health needs, establish healthy relationships, promote personal growth, and prevent burnout and resentment.
