Join us for an in-person evening of breathwork and meditation designed to help you unwind and reconnect. Whether you're new to mindfulness or a seasoned meditator, this night is all about taking a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and reset your mind and body. Bring comfy clothes, an open heart, and get ready to feel refreshed!
