Breathe. Move. Release: Osho Dynamic Meditation + Breathwork

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind—it can show up in the body as tension, restlessness, overwhelm, and the feeling of always being “on.”
This 90-minute active meditation combines breathwork, movement, music, vocal expression, and periods of stillness to help you step out of your usual patterns and reconnect with your body and breath.
Rather than sitting still and trying to quiet the mind, Dynamic Meditation gives you permission to move, breathe, express, and release—followed by stillness and meditation.
You’ll be guided through a structured practice that moves from active breathing and movement into expression, stillness, and quiet awareness.
Along the way, you may notice:
Where you hold tension in the body
How stress and emotions show up physically
Habitual patterns of holding, reacting, or staying “on”
What happens when you pause and bring your attention back to the breath
The difference between reacting automatically and simply noticing what is present
The practice is not about doing anything perfectly or achieving a particular outcome. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and listen to your body throughout.
The final stillness offers an opportunity to experience the practice's effects—to settle, become quiet, and simply notice.
And the awareness you cultivate doesn't have to stay in the studio. Breath and mindfulness can become practical tools for navigating everyday stress, relationships, work, and moments when you feel activated or overwhelmed.
Move. Breathe. Release. Be Still.
No previous meditation or breathwork experience is necessary.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and come with an empty stomach.
