BREATHE MELBOURNE FESTIVAL (SPRING)
About this Event
Breathe Melbourne is a one day large scale wellness festival designed to bring people together through movement, recovery, music, and real human connection.
This is not a retreat. It’s not a class. It’s a full day experience built around feeling good in your body, clearing your head, and reconnecting with the people around you. A space to reset, recharge, and step out of the noise without switching off from life.
On Sunday October 4th, The Timber Yard will transform into Melbourne’s ultimate wellness experience, bringing together over 1,000 people for a day of movement, recovery, music, connection, and personal growth.
On the day, expect:
• Large scale ice bath zones and expansive sauna setups, supported by experienced hot and cold immersion coaches
• Guided breathwork, meditation, yoga, sound healing, and holistic wellness experiences throughout the day
• High energy movement sessions including fitness, HIIT, mobility, and community led activations
• Live DJs, musicians, saxophone performances, and immersive sound experiences across the festival
• Massage, recovery, and bodywork experiences designed to help you recharge and reset
• Dedicated chill out and connection zones to pause, unwind, and meet like minded people
• Wholefood food trucks from across Melbourne serving clean, nourishing meals, plus hot cacao and warming winter drinks throughout the day
• A huge indoor main stage featuring some of Melbourne’s leading facilitators, combined with an outdoor experience zone packed with ice baths, saunas, music, food, and community activations
Everything is designed to be flexible. Get involved, explore what interests you, or simply take it all in at your own pace.
Breathe Melbourne isn’t about performance or pretending to be something you’re not. It’s about showing up, feeling good, and being part of something that brings people together in a powerful way.
Come solo or bring your crew.
Leave feeling clear, energised, and connected.
This is where it starts.
