Discover the ancient art of Goddess inspired living through the lens of the sacred feminine in an 8 week journey

Step into a nurturing and inspiring circle by the sea as we explore and embody the wisdom, courage, strength and creativity of the Sacred Feminine through goddess traditions from around the world.

Travel through the diverse cultural landscapes of Egypt, Greece, India and beyond as we connect with the stories, archetypes and teachings of beloved goddesses including ;Sekhmet, Isis, Aphrodite, Kuan Yin, Tara and Saraswati.

Each week includes:

🌙 Guided meditation and visualisation

🎵 Goddess-inspired music and meditations

💃 Gentle embodied movement

🎨 Creative mandala art and reflection

📖 Personal journalling

✨ Practical ways to integrate timeless teachings into everyday life

Through sacred practice, reflection and connection, embody the qualities of each goddess and deepen your relationship with your own inner truth, courage and intuition.

This heartfelt movement and spiritual practice is inspired by and underpinned by the principles of the Chakradance® method.

8-week closed group program with 12 -15 women
All workshop materials and your own Goddess journal will be provided at the first session.

Step into the world of the sacred Goddess to discover and remember more deeply the Goddess within.
