This type of deep, connected Breathwork is a very gentle, safe, and powerful process that releases stress from the cells of the body and helps activate the subconscious mind, allowing for the transformation of limiting thoughts and the release of suppressed emotions. This feminine approach to Breathwork helps to relax, manage stress, and calm anxiety.

1 DAY Clarity Breathwork Retreat - THE ART OF BREATHING

• AFTERNOON: Old imprints & Childhood patterns | EFT sequence for each pattern| Inner child work (in pairs) or Inner child letter (alone) & Clarity Breathwork session
• Lunch, plus rest and integration time at a private beach
• Access to a pool and showers
• Opportunity to speak with Sabine in private during the lunch break about personal topics, as the group setting may not allow for everyone’s individual needs.

🌿 Group Retreat (Minimum 4x Participants Required) & IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN CASE THE MINIMUM NUMBERS ARE NOT MET:

🌿 This immersive retreat brings together a small group for collective exploration and transformation. The session begins with a comprehensive group interview, where you'll explore and discuss your current life situations along with insights into your birth, childhood, and family patterns, uncovering how these may be influencing your life.

🌿 You'll be guided through a 75–90 minute group breathing practice. Within this supportive setting, personalized attention is woven into the experience to help unravel deep-seated tension, stress, limiting beliefs, and suppressed emotions. The Clarity Breathwork process is designed to dissolve tensions stored at a cellular level, allowing you to tap into more energy and a greater sense of aliveness.

🌿 There will be plenty of time for group sharing, integration, and deep reflection on the experience. I will offer practical suggestions and assignments to help you weave the insights and breakthroughs from the retreat into your daily life.

🌿 The retreat includes somatic body work, coaching on topics that arise, and simple breathing techniques to help reduce stress and calm your nervous system. In the afternoon, we'll also do inner child work.

PLEASE NOTE If the minimum number of participants is not met, the format and duration will shift to a private session tailored to individual needs, based on a free discovery call beforehand (optional). The time frame for the workshop and lunch option will be adjusted accordingly.

🌬 EXCHANGE OF ENERGY | PRIVATE SESSION (if minimum numbers are not met):

1x PERSON: 3,300 MXN per person (excluding lunch). Duration: 2hrs

2x PERSONS: 6,600 MXN for 2x guests (including lunch). Duration: 2,5hrs

3x PERSONS: 9,900 MXN for 3x guests (including lunch). Duration: 3hrs

🌬 TERMS & CONDITIONS: For this group retreat, a minimum of 4 participants is required to ensure an efficient experience. If the minimum number is not met, the Organizer reserves the right to adjust duration, content or cancel or reschedule the retreat. In such a case, a full refund will be issued (minus the Eventbrite fees).

Additionally, the format will shift to a private session tailored to individual needs.

🌬 DURATION: Total workshop time, incl. 2x Breathwork Sessions: 7 hours with a lunch break in between. Duration may vary slightly depending on group size.
🌬 This retreat is designed as an intimate experience, with a MINIMUM NUMBER OF 4 GUESTS.
If fewer participants join, the organizer may lovingly adjust the format, duration, or flow of the retreat to best support the smaller group’s needs.

In the case of 2 or 3 guests, the retreat will be held as a half-day experience, ending with a shared lunch (included) in the beautiful natural setting.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the private beach and use the hotel’s facilities for the rest of the day, a perfect way to integrate and relax after the retreat. 🌿

🌬 IMPORTANT NOTICE: The National Park currently charges an entry fee of 120 MXN per person per day for international visitors. Local residents of Tulum and Mexican nationals pay 60 MXN per person. (Information is correct as of November 24th, 2025, and is subject to change without prior notice.) Please avoid bringing plastic or glass bottles, cans, or music speakers into the park. They will be collected.

🌬 IMAGES & VIDEO RECORDINGS: Short video recording of parts of the sessions and images is allowed by participants (at the beginning and end only, as it can be distracting for everyone). In addition, the Organizer and the Hotel reserve the right to take images for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, no worries, we fully respect that!

🌬 PARKING:
Arriving by scooter, bicycle, or taxi is recommended. There is very limited parking available in the National Park, near the hotel. If you arrive by car, please let me know in advance. The National Park manages the allocated parking spots and charges 100 MXN per car per day. Valet parking is available.

🌬 BEACH ACCESS DURING THE DAY | BRINGING FRIENDS & FAMILY MEMBERS:
All guests have free access to the beach or pool throughout the day or after the workshop. If you wish to bring a friend or your family, please note that they can stay for the day and use a beach lounge or beach cabana; a minimum consumption applies during the high season (750 MXN per person, with food included, valued at 550 MXN per person). If you wish to stay for dinner after the workshop, you can dine in the on-site restaurant without a minimum consumption requirement.
