If you have ever desired to set up a daily consistent Breathwork practice and explore the inner dimensions of your inner world then this retreat may just be for you.
The guided Breathwork sessions are designed for everyone from complete beginners to those that have previous experience.
This is retreat ultimately is a journey of deep healing through the breath.
This retreat is about taking the first steps to restoring this harmony long term to all systems. It all starts with honest self inquiry and discernment.
The techniques are taught in an easy-to-understand and practical way and matter what your previous experience, you will deepen your understanding of how to truly find harmony for your mind and body.
You will be introduced to a set of very powerful practices and techniques that you will be able to integrate into your life post the retreat experience to continue to deepen your practice.
When we breathe beyond the constructed version of ourself, we reveal and awaken a version of ourself seated in deep peace and awareness.
The breathwork and somatic techniques we use in this retreat will help to induce a light trance that will then assist you in accessing altered states of consciousness.
These altered states of consciousness, allows the innate intelligence of the body to integrate any unconscious suppressed emotions and trauma.
Through this journey the intention is to reset this unconscious pattern of your breath. In doing so this assists in rewiring neuro-pathways in your brain, clearing trauma held in cellular memory and assists in bringing long term transformation in your internal and external world.
Ultimately, this journey is like an internal reboot for your nervous system. This is a process of surrender, self acceptance and self compassion.
As we change our inner world, so too do we change our external world and therefore we experience this transformation from the inside out.

Chapel Hill Winery Function Room and Villas is luxury chalet style accommodation, nestled in the vines with sweeping views through the Onkaparinga Gorge and to the Gulf St. Vincent. All rooms have their own private onsite bathrooms, as well has sitting lounges and outdoor furniture so you can take in the spectacular views, gorgeous stone walls and timber panelling, open fireplace and of course the beautiful sunsets.

This is for those that wish to explore and experience deep states of consciousness and healing.
It is recommended that you have some basic prior Breathwork experience, self practice but it is not necessarily a must as long as you have an open mind and trust the process.
WHO IS THIS EVENT NOT FOR?
Some of up-regulating nervous system techniques used in this retreat can possibly evoke physiological and emotional responses. These responses are all natural and normal responses of the body as it releases past trauma and repressed emotions. However, if you come under any of the following categories below then it is recommended you seek clearance from a health care professional before deciding to commit to this event.
- Cardiovascular conditions
- Personal history of heart attacks, high blood pressure or angina
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Recent injury or surgery
- Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing or lowering blood pressure
- Personal history of PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis
- Personal History of Seizures
- In the middle of a severe mental illness
- Personal history of aneurysms (or family history)
- Currently pregnant or are breastfeeding
PLEASE NOTE:
*Transport not included in retreat investment but car pooling can possibly be organised.
*All meals, snacks and teas included.
*On this retreat we ask you to abstain from technology, meat, fish, caffeine, processed foods, smoking, alcohol, other drugs.
*We also provide ongoing aftercare post your retreat experience.
