They will also discuss how they are endeavouring to mitigate the over-supply of grapes and wine and grow demand for Australian wine globally.

One of Australia’s leading wine sector business consultants, KPMG, will advise on what a wine business can do to remove cost and improve efficiency, to give itself the greatest opportunity to succeed in the current environment.

Finlaysons will then advise on the legal obligations of business owners when times get tough financially and how those obligations can be managed in a way that enables the business to move forward positively. Finlaysons will also discuss how wine sector participants can work together to run their businesses more efficiently.
