Breathe and journal breathwork session

Join me for this beautiful breathwork session, designed to help you breathe, connect and reflect on what really matters in life.

For this class we are going to be combining heart coherence breathing with some core values journaling:

• Heart Coherence breathing is designed to slow down the rhythms of your heart and bring your mind, body and emotions into a state of coherence, which in turn benefits your nervous system and health.
• Journaling is a wonderful practice that we will also be using to help us reflect and process our thoughts and feelings. I will be guiding you through a structured practice that can help you really connect back to what is important in life.

This will be a beautiful, small and intimate breathwork session and will take place at City Sanctuary Therapies on Foregate Street, Worcester. Please bring along whatever you need to create a comfy nest that you can snuggle down in: a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, cushion, etc., a bottle of water, and a journal and pen.
