Join certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator Suzette Sondag for a guided breathwork experience designed to help release stored tension, quiet mental overwhelm, and reconnect you with your body's natural wisdom.
Using a conscious breathing technique, you'll be guided through a powerful process that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. Somatic Breathwork works directly with the mind-body connection, creating space for healing, clarity, and renewal.
