A Sacred Evening of Breathwork, Meditation & Ancestral Connection
Are you longing to deepen your connection to your lineage—to honor, release, and transform ancestral grief?
Or simply to be held in the healing power of community ritual?
Join us in an intimate circle for a sacred evening of breathwork, meditation, and remembrance. Together, we’ll open a space to heal, connect, and be witnessed—bridging past, present, and future through the breath.
During this gathering, we will:
✨ Open our bodies and hearts through guided breathwork to release tension and invite presence.
✨ Enter meditation to commune with our ancestors—receiving guidance, offering gratitude, and creating space for generational healing.
✨ Build a communal altar adorned with flowers, candles, photos, and sacred objects to honor those who came before us.
✨ Share in community, holding space for grief, remembrance, and the deep medicine of belonging.
