May is when the earth blooms. The air is filled with the sweetness of spring flowers and the fire of the sun burns brightly. This sound bath will be infused with all the beauty and freshness that this season has to offer. Rest comfortably as I lead you on a guided journey of sound that includes crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes and gong. You will enter a state of deep relaxation that is both soothing and up-lifting.
This event will take place at Peak Yoga and Wellness in Palatine. Plan on bringing a yoga mat and pillow to be extra comfortable. Additional bolsters and blankets will be available. Space is limited. Sign up ASAP.
