Breath, Body & Bowls: Mini Retreat

Angie will be hosting our UNEARTHED breath, body & bowls mini retreat, designed to recalibrate the body, mind and spirt to cleanse, re-balance, strengthen and uplift you. We will be bringing on guest teacher, Sonal, to lead on the sound healing element of our retreat.

Breath: Angie will guide you through an exploration of the breath and the many ways you can use it to your advantage. She'll share the science of breath and how you can use these powerfully healing techniques no matter your experience and regardless of wherever you are.

Body: You'll then be guided into yoga asanas, a juicy stretch flow exploring your body, led by founder of UNEARTHED, Angie. This will be open to all levels with modifications and options given throughout, with plenty of props alongside to support you in your practice.

Bowls: Sonal will share a beautiful nidra to fully calm the nervous system before play a soundscape of vibrations with her harmonic set of Crystal Tones™ Alchemy Sound Bowls and Koshi Elemental Chimes whilst you rest and digest and allow the sound waves to wash over you.

Prepare for a fully immersive and holistic experience that has a deep relaxing and highly restorative effect on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Every experience is unique to the individual, and will differ with every sound journey. Nurturing a state of deep relaxation, the Alchemy Sound Bowls will meet you exactly where you are, the healing is there if you are open to it.

Please note Crystal Sonic Sound Therapy is suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please speak to us first if you have any of these conditions before joining the sound journey.

1-1.15pm: Arrivals & Intros

1.15-2.15pm: Sound Bath

2.15pm-2.30pm: Break

2.30-3.30pm: Body - Yoga Asana - Your Movement Practice

3.30-3.55pm: Breath Exploration, Chanting, Yoga Nidra

3.55-4pm: Wrap Ups & Goodbyes

We will have yoga mats and props here. All you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water, journal and pen if you'd like to take notes, openness and be wearing something comfortable.
