In this 90-minute class we’ll settle into each class with basic pranayama and meditation-centering space followed by a gentle hatha-vinyasa inspired movement practice, and completing class with a tranquil savasana and yoga nidra body scan, perfect combination for nurturing the whole Self. All practice levels welcome, various options are given to “build-upon” each pose for increasing stretch or challenge to allow you to honor your body and practice in the moment. $20
