Gong Master Rich Hale and Functional Breathwork instructor Tracey Howes return to the beach this summer to bring you our series of Sonic Freedive events.
Join us on the sand for an introduction to functional breathwork based on my freediving training. The breath preparation enables you to move seamlessly into a deep relaxation as Rich’s gongs bathe you in healing vibrations which stimulate an altered state of consciousness, based on the theme of immersion in water.
