A free arts education program where youth ages 13-30 can learn the artform of Breaking from the ground up and connect with a community of likeminded artists.____________________________________________________________________
Friends and family. Is there a young person in your life that is creatively inclined and in need of an outlet to express themselves? Saw the Olympics and curious to learn more? If so, Breaking is back at the MLSE Launchpad! Now is the perfect time to pass this information on and get involved.
This is a *FREE* arts education program where youth ages 12-30 can take part and learn the artform of Breaking from the ground up, at no cost to them, and connect with a community of likeminded artists week after week to develop new skills.
As a teenager, myself and many of my closest friends took part in Unity programming and it significantly impacted our lives in a positive way. Today, especially given the momentum of Breaking's historic Olympic debut, our aim is to expand this impact as much as possible, and help today's young people develop resilience, community, and tools for success.
