Join us September 11 from 9-10:30am for our fall Breakfast Blend: Getting a Fresh Start – 5 steps to letting go and getting your life in order.Are you craving a fresh start? September is a great time to reset and recalibrate your personal or work goals. 10C member Tonia Cordi will lead a session to help you get clear on what’s important to you, what you want to create in your life, and get to the bottom of why you haven’t been able to do it before.
In this session you will:
– Get clarity on what’s most important to you
– Develop clear, realistic and tangle intentions and goals
– Create a map using Tonia’s 5 step process
– Gain understanding on what’s getting in the way of achieving your goals
– Gain insight and strategies to overcome the root causes of daily life stressors, isolation, burnout and chaos in your life
Tonia has evolved into holistic coaching where she works with people on all areas of their life including their career and businesses. Her intention is to help people return to balance and heal so they can live out their soul purpose. She does this through a 5 step process she created that helps people get their life in order and remove barriers to where they would like to be.
Tickets are Sliding Scale $5-$35 and includes a light breakfast & coffee.
