The Manuel Builders team is incredibly grateful for your partnership throughout 2025, and we’re excited to show our appreciation with a special Realtor breakfast at our NEW Model Home in Eagles Gate. You'll be the first one to check out our new space before our Grand Opening. This relaxed morning gathering is our way of saying thank you for the relationships, collaboration, and trust you continue to share with us.

Directions To Eagles Gate:
Coming from Juban Road, turn onto Brown Road toward Juban Parc Elementary School. Once you pass the school, continue on Brown Road for another 0.8 miles. Eagles Gate will be on your left — just look for the Eagles Gate and Manuel Builders signs!
