Join us for our annual Break the Cycle event at Fairlawn Country Club — a powerful celebration of recovery featuring inspirational stories from CHC patients.

This year’s event will be held as a summer luncheon, providing an opportunity for community leaders, supporters, and advocates to come together in support of CHC’s mission. Proceeds from the event will support programs, resources, and services that enhance the patient experience and strengthen the recovery journey.

We look forward to sharing recent milestones, including the hiring of our new CEO, Keith Hochadel, the opening of our administrative building, and completed renovations at our Touchstone facility.
