I’ll provide the instruction, guidance, samples, starter, and support to help you create a loaf you’ll take home and bake yourself.
Hosted in my warm and welcoming Lemont home kitchen, this small-group experience is about more than bread. It’s about slowing down, learning something new, and connecting with others who love good food and simple traditions.
Many of my students come back again and again because every class teaches a new skill and feels like spending an evening with friends.
