You will learn how to make deliciously soft Triticale Sandwich Bread. While your individual loaf of bread is proofing and baking, Jeff is going to discuss the basics of yeast breads, why he prefers triticale, loafing, shaping, and texture, plus how to get the most out of your bread’s life cycle!
