Bread & Roses: A free Community Meal [Radical Book Fair]

Come break bread with neighbours, comrades, fellow book lovers and like minded organisers, browse books and visit our activist stalls.
About this Event

Hot food will be served in the main hall from 5.30pm, booking a ticket helps us know how many to expect/cook for but showing up is totally fine, dinner tickets will be available to pick up for free at the fair while food lasts.

Come break bread with neighbours, comrades, fellow book lovers and like minded organisers, browse books and visit our activist stalls at the very heart of the book fair!

To mark the end of this year’s Radical Book Fair, we invite you to share a meal with us. Bring your pals, share impressions from panels and take in the atmosphere of the fair. While food is available, you’ll also be able to chat to local organisers who’ll be joining us with stalls for their groups. The perfect opportunity to say hello and find out how to get involved!

(Vegan and vegetarian food will be served)

*This event is £1 or free -we completely understand paying for one or two events and then getting free spots for others. The Radical Book Fair is entirely bookshop run and ticket sales are vital to keeping the fair sustainable and paying all our speakers so all support is heartily welcome!

*If you'd like to help make the book fair accessible to more folks, please consider adding to our pay-it-forward fund .
