Brazilian Zouk Wednesdays - Embodied Rhythms Dance Classes

Zouk is a slow, close partner dance from Brazil. It moves like water — long steps, soft turns, a connection between two people that's less about choreography and more about listening with the body. The music is the heart of it: R&B, neo-soul, acoustic remixes, Brazilian grooves slowed into something warm and unhurried. On Wednesdays, we teach the dance from the beginning — how to find the rhythm in your own body, how to share weight with a partner, how to move together without rushing. There's nothing to get right on the first night. You come in, you listen, you move. The dance teaches you the rest.
