Beginners Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - 6 Week CourseBrazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art based on grappling. The art allows a smaller person to defend themselves against a larger, stronger attacker. Jiu-Jitsu focuses on taking the fight to the ground and applying choke holds or joint locks to defeat an opponent.
