Brave + Becoming is a 2-hour workshop designed to help you move past self-doubt and start embodying the version of yourself you’ve been holding back.
In the first half, you’ll explore:
✨ Where hesitation, overthinking, and self-doubt still show up in your life
✨ The moments you’ve already been braver than you give yourself credit for
✨ The areas calling for more courage — and what could change if you answered
In the second half, you’ll experience a transformative meditation to:
✨ Release the grip of fear at the subconscious level
✨ Connect with the braver, truer version of yourself that already exists within
✨ Anchor in courage, clarity, and self-trust so you can move forward with confidence
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to take the next step, one act of bravery at a time.
