Downtown Brattleboro’s Gallery Walk continues on June 7th and you won’t want to miss it! Nothing combines Art + Community like Gallery Walk and right in the heart of downtown.

This season Gallery Walk will run May through December with a few things to note. Every first Friday from 5-9 pm we hope you'll swing on down to Downtown Brattleboro for galleries, live music, food trucks, Brattleboro Flea, interactive art stations. You never know what will pop-up or who you'll see at Gallery Walk! For months May-Oct we will close Elliot Street and Harmony Lot to traffic and we can all enjoy a block party that is ALL about art & community. For Nov & Dec it's all about the galleries and the stellar exhibits they have planned for you! No raindate this year- Gallery Walk is rain or shine.
DBA (Downtown Brattleboro Alliance) has a new office! You can find us at 57 Elliot Street, the old Artrageous location. DBA is tasked with keeping downtown VIBRANT through programs like Gallery Walk, The Bloom Program, and so much more. Visit us at brattleboro.com or stop in and say hello- we can’t wait to meet you! AND every month at Gallery Walk we are partnering with BDCC for Welcome Wagon at our new office, a mixer for new to VT residents with light refreshmen and mingling.
The Gallery Stroll: As tradition demands, one piece of the Gallery Walk pie is strolling gallery to gallery enjoying their world class exhibits. They are all walkable in downtown. We have 16 stops on the list, each will be open to the public and free to attend.

The Stage:
Downtown Brattleboro Alliance proudly presents FREE live music each month 6-9 pm. Look for the stage in Harmony parking lot. The line-up this year is truly over the top amazing, you won’t want to miss a month!
June's Music: Kris Yunker, of Bearly Dead, has an all-star cast of the best funk musicians in the region. You can expect the highest caliber players here, and you WILL need your dancing shoes.

The Market:
The Brattleboro Flea is a collaborative marketplace of artists, makers and sellers local to the Brattleboro area. Each month Elliot Street will be transformed into a vibrant and bustling marketplace filled with a wide array of unique and eclectic goods including: ceramics, jewelry, cards and prints, macrame, natural medicinals, home goods, handmade clothing and textiles, plants and flowers, vintage clothing, Ezra’s Distler’s famous Photo Booth and more!

The Artful Streets:
This month we are partnering with Keene International Festival and Brattleboro's ECDC (Ethiopian Community Development Council- they work towards empowering and supporting refugees and immigrants) for a showcase of Brattleboro's vibrant community members from diverse backgrounds and places. Through dance, food, storytelling, fashion, activities and traditions, we will celebrate and highlight what makes each culture unique and beautiful!

The Food:
We invite you to our Food Truck Food Court- located in Harmony Parking Lot. A rotating cast of local food trucks and some of our favorite Downtown Restaurants slinging their tasty offerings. Take a seat at our Community Table- a dazzling selection of florals and greenery set upon tables with a seat for all.

The Libations:
Our Stone Church outdoor Beer Garden has your bevvy needs right in Harmony Lot which is transformed each month into an outdoor Beer Garden (yes the whole thing!) Look for them in Harmony Lot near the Stage.

The Facilities:
Rich Earth Institute bathroom available near Everyone’s Books. (Most of our galleries also offer restrooms for folks viewing the exhibits).

There is no better way to connect with your fellow Bratts than hitting Gallery Walk every first Friday MAY-DEC. Tell your friends and sing it from the mountaintops!
