Welcome. Come join us at the fire.

Since the beginning of human time, people have gathered around fire for warmth, social connection, ritual, and healing. Fire helps us settle, open, and remember how to be present.

In Brattleboro, Vermont, once a month we gather around a fire to do just that. A simple and transformative practice shared by humans across time and place.

What to expect

You'll arrive and settle in as the fire is being prepared . After a brief introduction, we will consecrate the fire as a group using traditional offerings. The space will then be open for deep sharing and listening. First-timers are always welcome. You don't need any background in spirituality or fire ceremony, just curiosity and an open heart. These are adult-only, substance-free gatherings.

The details

Arrive: 6pm

Fire begins: 6:30 pm

Fire location is a ~10-15 minute walk from the parking area. Aim to arrive at the fire by 6:15 to settle in. Exact location given after registration.

Cost: Free to attend. Donations ($5-10 suggested) and volunteer help welcome.
