Brackendale's 24hr, Fancy-Dress Tennis Marathon - Fundraiser - FREE

On 1st August 12pm - August 2nd 12pm, Brackendale Tennis Club will be hosting a 24-hour, fancy-dress tennis marathon. It's set to be one of the most unusual fancy dress events staged in London, and definitely an unusual thing to do in North London this weekend.
Think Wimbledon, if the star-studded spectators hit the court....and all through the night! Imagine outrageous outfits, celebrity rivalries, red carpet entrances and hourly challenges. In true Wimbledon-style, we'll be fuelled by strawberries and cream and you can spot the 'celebrity' spectators in the crowd.
How many chances do you have to watch 50 'celebrities' rallying all through the day and night? There will be fun photo opportunities for spectators, fun and games, and a great chance to show what a little club with a lot of spirit can do.

So come join us. Brackendale is a small, volunteer-led community club, priding ourselves on providing inclusive, affordable tennis for all ages across our local community. We're hoping to create a real buzz, and an amazing day out for the local community; all with the hope to raise funds for replacing our tennis courts. Without this, we risk losing 40% court capacity, limiting play for our older members during the wetter/colder months of the year.
