Celebrate the abundance of mid-summer with a nourishing afternoon of ceremony, nature, movement, sound and community.
This intimate Lammas Mini Day Retreat invites you to pause, reconnect and remember the love that is your true nature. Together we will gather in sacred space to open our hearts, ground into the wisdom of the Earth and welcome the next season of our own expansion.
Lammas marks the first harvest in the Celtic Wheel of the Year—a time of gratitude, celebration and recognising the seeds we have lovingly nurtured. As Mother Earth offers her abundance, we too are invited to acknowledge our own growth, honour how far we've come and gently release what no longer belongs as we prepare for the months ahead.
Through ceremonial cacao & rose, heart-centred practices, movement, sacred fire and sound, you'll be supported to reconnect with your inner wisdom, restore balance, release the old and deepen into the peace, love and stillness that already live within you.
Whether you are new to ceremony or have journeyed before, this retreat offers a welcoming and nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and celebrate alongside a beautiful community of like-hearted souls.

A SANCTUARY IN NATURE
This will be an intimate Mini Day Retreat held in a safe and lovingly held private healing garden in South West London (the full address is revealed upon booking).
Weather permitting, both the Cacao & Rose Ceremony and Fire Ceremony will take place outdoors, held by the beauty and wisdom of Mother Earth. If the weather calls us inside, we will gather in our beautiful and magical healing temple space.
Arrive on time to land gently, enjoy a welcoming herbal tea and connect with the community before we begin. Please note that the doors close 15 minutes after the start time to preserve the sacred container for everyone attending.
THE MEDICINE OF CACAO & ROSE
Ceremonial cacao has been honoured for thousands of years throughout Central and South America as a sacred plant ally for prayer, ceremony and heart connection.
Together with the gentle frequency of Rose, cacao supports us to soften, open our hearts and deepen our connection with ourselves. During our ceremony we will work intentionally with these beautiful plant allies to support healing, clarity, intention and remembrance.
We'll begin by gathering in sacred circle to share intentions, open our hearts and receive a Heart & Light Body Activation, supported by grounding practices and chakra balancing.
MOVEMENT, FIRE, SOUND
Our Movement Meditation gently awakens the body, allowing energy to flow more freely while supporting cacao to work more deeply through the body and heart.
The Fire Ceremony offers a powerful opportunity to release old patterns, stagnant energy and anything that no longer serves you. Together we'll celebrate the light within through sacred drumming, movement and our collective voices, welcoming greater joy, freedom and inner expansion.
Our afternoon closes with a deeply nourishing mini Gong Bath to soothe the nervous system, integrate the journey and leave you feeling peaceful, grounded and restored.

ABOUT FOUZIA
Fouzia is the founder of Inner Peace Wellness and a teacher of Heart Wisdom who supports people to remember the love that they are and reconnect with the wisdom within.
For over 13 years she has held nurturing spaces through cacao & rose ceremonies, meditation, energy healing, retreats, movement, sound healing and one-to-one healing sessions that support healing, remembrance and deeper connection to self.
Her work weaves together ceremonial cacao & rose, intuitive channelling, prayer, movement and multidimensional energy healing to create gentle yet powerful experiences that invite people back into the wisdom of their own hearts.

This is a small intimate Retreat so we can journey deep & my Ceremonies sell out, so book early to guarantee a spot!
Refund Policy: No refunds are possible unless we cancel the event, but you can transfer your ticket to a friend. If you develop corona virus symptoms, or are a close contact of someone that develops coronavirus in the past 10 days, and you cannot attend you can transfer your ticket to the next ceremony if you email me the morning of the Ceremony. If you are transferring your ticket to a friend please email [email protected] with the email address of your friend so that they can be sent the address + guidance.
GUIDANCE + WHAT TO BRING
☼ Avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 3 hours before the Cacao Ceremony starts and arrive hydrated
☼ Avoid caffeine & alcohol on the day of the Ceremony
☼ Try your best to avoid alcohol, caffeine or any other intoxicants for a few days prior
☼ A bottle of water
☼ Wear something you are comfortable sitting in on the floor (a chair is available)
☼ A blanket for the Gong Bath
☼ Comfortable clothes to sit on the ground- we may be in the garden
☼ A drum, rattle or instrument for the Fire Ceremony
☼ Optional- bring an offering for the altar. Something special to you.
☼ If taking anti-depressants, please email [email protected] in advance of the ceremony as these can be impacted by the Cacao
