Saturday Morning Bootcamp is inside for the season.Come on out, burn some calories, build some muscles, take on the day and the make the world a better place, one rep at a time.
Join Brian for a bootcamp of high rep exercises followed by bursts of aerobic activity that will make the hour fly by. This workout is a great way to connect with friends and challenge yourself. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
