A good mixture of boxing padwork, circuit style exercises and ab work.
No previous experience needed or a fitness level - I will help you learn what you need to as well as guide you through how to make the workout right for you.
I give level options so you can tailor the workout to fit you.
£20 for a month block or £6 pay as you go. The class lasts a full hour. You can pay cash or bank transfer.
No equipment needed, I have everything you need to borrow - if you have your own mat or gloves/pads you are welcome to bring them along...
I'd recommend bringing a drink and a friend if you like although there will always be someone to partner up with!
