Fitness Activities
Free gym sessions for the day
Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 3pm
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.
How do I book: No need to book, just turn up.

Climbing Wall
Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 3pm
Enjoy 1-hour climbing sessions at a special discount, perfect for adventurers of all skill levels.
Suitable for ages 6+, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and have fun while scaling new heights!

Swimming Sessions
Free Lane Swimming Sessions
Saturday: 12pm - 3pm
Sunday: 9am - 12pm
Whether you're looking to sharpen your swim strokes or build confidence in the water, this special session is perfect for swimmers of all abilities. Led by expert instructors, it’s a great chance to dive in, learn new techniques, and enjoy the pool - exclusively free for the day!
