BoxHER Experience

The BoxHER Experience is a two-hour introduction to the standard.

Not a fitness class. Not a workshop in the traditional sense. A curated training event designed to walk you through the three pillars that define how we train at BoxHER — striking, strength, and recovery.

You'll move through each segment with hands-on coaching in a small group setting. The environment is structured, intentional, and women-centered. The standard is high. The space is supportive.

No experience required.

What to expect:

Striking — Stance fundamentals, basic combinations, and guided pad work. You'll find out what you're capable of faster than you think.

Strength — Trainer-led foundational movement focusing on controlled effort and core stability. Coached, not intimidating.

Recovery — Breathwork, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Because longevity matters as much as intensity.

Tickets: General Admission — $55 · 15 spots VIP — $75 · 5 spots only

VIP includes a curated BoxHER gift bag, post-session time with coaches, and priority access for continued training.
