If the holiday season leaves you feeling drained, frustrated or even resentful - this workshop is for you. Join us in learning logistical and magical practices for protecting your energy as we approach one of the most chaotic times of the year.
This workshop will include:
- An introduction to boundaries
- Identification of personal boundaries
- Tools for communicating and maintaining boundaries with loved ones
- Cord cutting ritual for releasing limiting beliefs
- Creating your own protection salt
Bring a journal and writing utensil and your mat/other props to support sitting on the ground (optional)."
