We’re delighted to invite you to a special one-night-only wine dinner at Restaurant Botanica, hosted in collaboration with Wombat Crossing Vineyard.The evening will begin with bubbles and canapés on arrival, setting the tone for a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience. From there, guests will be seated for a three-course dinner presented by Chef Thomas Heinrich, showcasing seasonal produce and Botanica’s thoughtful, produce-driven approach to cooking.
Each course has been carefully paired with wines from Wombat Crossing, with Simon and Ian joining us on the night to present the wines and share the stories behind them, from vineyard to glass.
Expect an informal, engaging evening with plenty of insight and conversation.
As part of the experience, each ticket also includes a complimentary wine tasting at Wombat Crossing Vineyard, redeemable across the event weekend.
This dinner is a showcase of the Hunter Valley spirit and the perfect opportunity to spend an evening at the table enjoying great cooking, expressive wines, and the people who make them.
