The Ultimate Indulgence event is designed for those who appreciate great golf paired with exceptional local flavours, creating a memorable day both on and off the course.
Taking place on Saturday, 9 May 2026, this special event invites players to experience the award-winning Greg Norman-designed course at The Vintage Golf Club while enjoying curated food and wine tastings from across the region at every hole.
The day begins with barista-made coffee and a selection of fresh-baked treats, setting the tone for a relaxed yet indulgent experience. From there, players will take to the course for 18 holes in a 4-person Ambrose format, with a 10:00am shotgun start and shared electric cart hire included.
As you make your way around the course, you will discover a range of Hunter Valley food and wine experiences, showcasing the region’s renowned producers and flavours.
Following the round, guests will gather on the Terrace at Château Élan for the event presentation, before continuing the celebrations with a market-style dinner and live music, providing the perfect way to unwind and reflect on a fantastic day on the fairways.
