BOS-UP and the Indiana Business Research Center at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business join forces to offer the BOS-UP Builder Program and merge guidance from it with insights from the Kelley School’s AI initiative.

As executive director of the Indiana Business Research Center, Professor Powell manages Enterprise Corps, the Kelley School’s small business accelerator, which since 2021 has helped hundreds of Indiana enterprises grow their revenue by tens of millions of dollars.

The BOS-UP Builder Program is a comprehensive three-day training program, spaced over three weeks, designed to equip businesses with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. Each day focuses on a critical aspect of business operations, providing a holistic approach to building a high-performance organization.

July 23rd - Foundation Setting: The foundational session lays the groundwork for a strong business operating system (BOS).

July 30th - Vision Setting: This session focuses on defining the company's vision and purpose.

August 6th - Goal Setting: This final session helps businesses set clear and achievable goals at all levels.

Info: Review Foundation Setting. Refine your Vision with a focus on Core Values and the "Compelling Why" for your business's existence. Develop Focus Filters such as: Industry & Niche, Ideal Customer Profile, Compelling Value Proposition. Sketch out proven methods and workflows that your company uses to deliver its products or services and operate effectively.
