About this Event
Lower body and glute-focused workout set to a playlist that makes the reps feel less like reps. Squats, lunges, bridges. Expect to feel it the next day. Every Thursday from 12:05pm for 30 minutes.
All classes are designed to be accessible to different fitness levels. Our qualified trainers will offer modifications and progressions so you can work at the right intensity for you. If it is your first class, let the instructor know before you start.
